Payment Information:

We only accept PayPal as form of payment. If you are picking up locally you may prepay via PayPal or pay cash upon pick up.

Shipping:

All items require signature confirmation and items over $100 will be insured at the purchaser’s expense.

We ship Monday through Friday. Items are shipped the following business day after receiving cleared payment. Items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. We do not ship internationally!

Shipping Damages:

If a product is damaged please, notify us within in 24hrs of receipt so we can make the necessary claim with the shipping company.

Please, notate any physical damages on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the packages.

·       Please take pictures of the Damages before opening

·        Keep all packaging materials

·        Take pictures of the physical damages to the product (if any)

·        E-mail pictures of damages to us.

Returns:

All items are shipped in working order. If for any reason your item is defective, please contact us within 24hrs to resolve the issue.

NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS
*If a refund is approved, credit will only be issued when the unit has been returned in the condition that it left our warehouse (including all parts and manuals included in the item description).

*REFUNDS ARE FOR FINAL SALE AMOUNT ONLY.

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please note: Refund will be issued within 5 days after the returned item is received.

Defective items must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt.

Sales Tax:

All Florida residents and local pick-ups will be charged local sales tax as required by local, state and federal law.
