Jaguar XF Sportbrake at Geneva The Jaguar XF Sportbrake – Jaguar’s new XF Estate – has debuted officially at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. After an age of expectation that Jaguar would build an XF Estate, we finally got the XF Sportbrake revealed in its Twitter camouflage last year, and a full reveal (finally) about a week ago. But now we get the chance to see the XF Sportbrake in the flesh at Geneva - and it doesn’t disappoint.

This is the new, second-generation Range Rover Sport, unveiled at the New York Auto Show. While the first Sport – introduced in 2005 – was a tentative toe in the water for a second Range Rover model line, this new model forms the center of a three-model range, between Evoque and full-fat Range. At 4,850mm long it's 62mm longer than the car it replaces but 149mm shorter than the new Range Rover, while its wheelbase has grown by 178mm to increase rear access – particularly important as there's now the provision of a pair of occasional seats in a third row.

EIGHT OUT OF 10 drivers in the UK say they wouldn’t change their car to a lower emissions model to save on road tax. This stark admission from the nation’s drivers follows a survey that also found 65% of Britain’s motorists don’t know their VED (Vehicle Excise Duty), or road tax, is calculated on the carbon dioxide emissions of their car. Many drivers think their road tax is worked out based on the size of engine in their car.
