This is a complete working lower unit with prop removed from 1973 Mercury 110 / 9.8 hp outboard motor, it is a short shaft model. The unit shifts in all gears and water pump impeller looks good, it has wear on drive shaft spline and paint missing. I removed drain plug and has no water inside just oil. Thanks for looking!!!
