    Block sent to MJPerformance specialized marine machine shop company.  THey inspected the block and bored it at .030"
    Experuenced mechanic with 30+ years of experience and a boat shop owner assembled and added:
    - New pistons kit at .030 for cylinders 5 and 6
    - New bearings, seal kit

    What is included in the powerhead:  Cylinder block, pistons, rods, cylinder head, lower end caps, intake and reeds, throttle body, and oil pump.   It does NOT include electronics or fuel system.

     

    SHIPPING NOTE: Shipping is flat rate $300 USA and $400 for Canada.  If our shipping cost is at least $30.00 cheaper than what you pay, we will refund the difference.  We will get a quote with the logistic company once we know your address.  Shipping to a commercial address (with forklift or docking station) is cheaper than shippint to a residential address

    Ferrari Superamerica 45 - stunning At the start of May we were hearing that Pininfarina had put together a one-off special for a Ferrari client – the Ferrari Superamerica 45 – which was being built for New Yorker Peter Kalikow, an avid Ferrari collector. Not only were Pininfarina building this one-off Ferrari, but they were going to reveal it at Villa d’Este this week – a perfect setting. Well, Villa d’Este kicks off tomorrow, but Ferrari couldn’t resist releasing a few photos of the Superamerica 45 as it was readied for collection by Peter Kalikow, and a few details.

    Renault unveils four electric concepts at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

    By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 15 September 2009 12:00 Renault has unveiled four incredible electric concept cars at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, and all four will be in production by the end of 2012. The maddest of all is the tiny Twizy ZE concept, a 1+1 city car that Renault sources have revealed to CAR will go into production in 2011 relatively unchanged. Also on sale in 2011 will be an electric van for commercial buyers, based on the Kangoo ZE concept and mechanically identical to the Be Bop ZE Ben Oliver drove earlier in 2009.

    College Exhibition: IED Degree Show 2007

    The Istituto Europeo di Design of Turin (IED) teamed up with Toyota to create "Prius of 2010-2015", the third year project of 26 students in the post-graduate Transportation Design Course. Led by Fulvio Fantolino, IED's Transportation Design Course Coordinator and followed in the various design stages by Elvio D'Aprile, Assistant Chief Designer at Toyota Europe Design Development, and by Tateo Uchida, General Director Research and Project Forum, the task to come up with concepts that, in addition to heightening the technological excellence, could stress the emotional element, an essential characteristic to conquer the European and world market. In all, ten projects were created and submitted to Toyota as the students' final thesis projects, showcasing a variety of different proposals for future ecological hybrid vehicles.
