this is a new item without the box or manual. few little scratches which I'm assuming there from being on a box or packaging. everything turns smooth, I just have no way to get power to it.
Brand:mercury marine Item_Condition:New other (see details) Country/Region of Manufacture:United States country_of_manufacture:United States Manufacturer Part Number:8m0021491

This is a new mercury marine steering actuator. 100% great condition. Few little scratches which I'm assuming there from the packaging and shipping to me. I don't know much about this other then the fact that it is new. But please ask questions if you have them and I'll do my best to answer the question for you. Please don't wait till you receive it to ask questions. Questions before purchasing.
From looking at others online I see there is lock nuts with them for installation, which as you can see in the pictures there is none with this. But they are cheap. Or if you'd like I would run to the store and buy some for you to send along per your request.
I'm going to start this out as a auction and a buy it now. Unfortunately it won't allow me to do a best offer if I do the auction. But if your interested just shoot me a message and we can work something out as long as there is no bids on it.
Thank you and happy bidding
