THE LUG NUTS, TO HOLD THE SPARE TIRE IN PLACE, ARE MISSING. THIS RACK CAN BE USED FOR LHD OR RHD TD's. THE LHD OR RHD LICENSE PLATE BRACKET IS AVAILABLE FROM SOME SUPPLIERS.
