Milodon Hemi
Strong Main Cap Girdle 392:

Looks to be in good condition.
Something that does not come around very often.

May also fit 331 and 354 hemi.

This is the description from when I purchased it in 2002 from the seller at that time.

(This is a milodon main girdle for your 392 hemi Chrysler Hemi engine. Might also fit your 331 or 354 Hemi, too. These are significantly better than a set of 4 bolt main caps. This item will support your main caps by spreading the load all the way around the oil pan rail. Reuires the machining flt of the stock main caps and fabrication of modified pan rails. Not to much trouble for this much insurance for sure. If you want the strongest lower end for your hemi, this is a must have item.)

This advertised locally and I reserve the right to end auction.

Shipping is flat $22.00 in USA, 48 continental only.

Vauxhall Insignia VXR (2009): first official photos

Wed, 15 Apr 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 15 April 2009 00:01 Yesterday we brought you spy video footage of the new Vauxhall Insignia VXR. Today we have the first official photographs of Luton’s new cut-price M3 four-door. Vauxhall will have the sporting family car segment almost to itself – Ford no longer builds a Mondeo ST and most European rivals no longer bother with high-horspower saloons (excepting VW’s equally crazed Passat R36).

Hyundai reveals i-oniq concept teaser

Thu, 15 Dec 2011

Hyundai has hinted at its future design direction with this single teaser shot of its ‘i-oniq’ concept car. Further details will be revealed in the run-up to next March's 2012 Geneva show, but judging by this glimpse, the concept will take the form of a large coupe with a hatchback tail. It stops short of the full shooting-brake silhouette, but there’s a hint of Brera in the curvature of its rear end. ‘Two strong arched curves define the silhouette of i-oniq, creating a playful contrast between the sharp character lines and soft but muscular features’ says Thomas Bürkle, Hyundai’s European Chief Designer.

New Jaguar XJ Supersport Diesel coming?

Sun, 30 May 2010

The Jaguar XJ Supersport TDV8 - expect it in showrooms in 2011 We’ve known for quite a while that Jaguar Land Rover were going to start putting a new V8 diesel in to their cars. The 3.6 litre TDV8 which goes in the Land Rover is a very good lump (made by Ford at Dagenham) with some decent horses and a nice fat lump of torque. But the introduction by Jaguar of the 3.0 litre diesel and its subsequent introduction in to Land Rover’s cars meant the 3.6 litre’s days were numbered.
