Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid (2013) will cost £50k
Tue, 13 Dec 2011Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid will cost £50k The Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid will start production in 2012 with 1,000 cars, each likely to cost around £50,000. We really like the Volvo V60, and despite our general antipathy towards hybrid platforms – particularly in smaller cars – we also really like the idea of the Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid. After all, titivating a Bugatti Veyron – any Bugatti Veyron – means there has to be a decent amount of cash floating around at the top of the financial tree.

We digress. Now another David Brown is hoping to make his mark – or should that be marque – on the British luxury motoring scene by launching an all-new David Brown Automotive brand in April 2014.
