All items we sell ship for free within the U.S. Orders usually ship the same day orders are placed or the following day.
All items that we ship have a tracking number. You can find your tracking number by clicking on "My eBay" and scrolling down to your purchase with us. If your tracking number is available, it can be found there. If there is no tracking number and you feel your item should have shipped already please let us know and we will assist.
International Customers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
All myGoods products are American wattage unless otherwise noted. Products can be used internationally with a power converter or adapter purchased separately. myGoods takes no responsibility for products damaged by voltage issues.
Duties/taxes paid will not be refunded on returns for refund.

Return Policy
We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system to request return authorization for you order. Please include your ebay user ID in your email for reference.
After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.
Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. myGoods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer.
All returns without the proper authorization from myGoods are subject to return to buyer. PPlease note: Non-defective opened computer software and video game software may not be eligible for return.

Koenigsegg Agera on the Goodwood hillclimb
We have to confess that we have a huge soft spot for the creations of Christian von Koenigsegg. So when we knew that friend of Cars UK Tommy Wareham, purveyor of all things stunning on four wheels at SuperVettura, was taking the only Koenigsegg Agera in the UK to Goodwood we thought Claire’s Goodwood Odyssey should continue with a good poke round the Agera. Understandably, Tommy wasn’t going to let Claire – or anyone else – loose on the Agera up the hillclimb as it’s a customer’s car, but he did chuck Claire the keys for a good look round, the opportunity to grab a set of Agera photos (below), and the chance to dream…
Beautifully finished and oozing carbon fibre from every pore, the Koenigsegg Agera is perhaps the ultimate bonkers supercar, at an equally bonkers price – just think of it as a million pound supercar; it’s close enough.
It’s an interesting exercise to ponder on the future of main dealer showrooms as the world moves more and more towards an online buying experience. Bentley is considering equipping its future V8-powered Continental GT variant with a dual-clutch transmission that sister-company Audi badges as S-Tronic. Bentley's engineers are doing engineering studies on the feasibility of packaging the S-Tronic into the Continental's transmission tunnel. The major challenge is re-engineering and producing the GT's underbody and running gear to accept the S-Tronic, which is a different shape than that of the six-speed ZF that the W12 GT will employ.
