This is a used Minn Kota Bow Guard model bow mount assembly in great shape.
This unit accepts the standard Minn Kota composite shaft.

It is not the cheap latch door model that Minn Kota sells that makes it easy for anyone to walk off with your trolling motor with the turn of a screw handle.
It is heavy duty model that requires you to take the head off the motor and slide it thru the bracket.

This also allows you to convert a transom mount Minn Kota motor (which is way cheaper than the bow mount models) to a bow mount by reversing the head location and plugging the wires back in.
I have done this on numerous Minn Mota motors for myself and friends and it is not brain surgery!
