Minn Kota Trolling Motor Bow Guard Bow Mount Assembly on 2040-parts.com
Willoughby, Ohio, United States
This is a used Minn Kota Bow Guard model bow mount assembly in great shape.
This unit accepts the standard Minn Kota composite shaft. It is not the cheap latch door model that Minn Kota sells that makes it easy for anyone to walk off with your trolling motor with the turn of a screw handle. It is heavy duty model that requires you to take the head off the motor and slide it thru the bracket. This also allows you to convert a transom mount Minn Kota motor (which is way cheaper than the bow mount models) to a bow mount by reversing the head location and plugging the wires back in. I have done this on numerous Minn Mota motors for myself and friends and it is not brain surgery! Free local pickup. |

College Exhibition: Coventry University Degree Show 2007
Wed, 27 Jun 2007Undergraduate students from Coventry University's Transportation Design program had their initial show in the end of May this year, but the range of projects was so vast that a selection of work from the annual degree show was then chosen and displayed in Coventry Transport Museum on June 15. Car Design News was there to see what had been selected. Inspired by the Alfa BT4B with which Niki Lauda won the Swedish Formula One Grand Prix in 1978, Stephan Everwin created a modern interpretation of the 'Fan Car'. Its rakish lines all culminate in a smooth aerodynamic shape that incorporates a huge fan between the rear wheels creating a massive vacuum under the car providing downforce at high speed.
Audi develops new A2; plans for U.S. unclear
Mon, 08 Mar 2010Audi is developing a reincarnation of the A2 small car that will slot between the A3 and the A1 minicar introduced in Geneva last week. "There's clearly room for another product and another concept between the A3 and A1," Audi CEO Rupert Stadler said on the sidelines of the Geneva auto show. Michael Dick, Audi's board member for technology, said in an interview that the company's push to add electric variants will play a role with the next-generation A2 "in the near future." The German media have reported that the A2 is expected by 2014.
Is this the Lamborghini URUS?
Sat, 30 Jul 2011Is this Aventador with Veyron wheels the Lamborghini Urus in the making? What is the Lamborghini Urus, you may ask? Regular readers will know that back at the time when we were hearing that the replacement for the Murcielago would probably be called the Jota (yes, we got the name wrong but all the other details were right) a contact at Lamborghini told us they were working on a super Aventador (as it is now called) aimed at taking out the new Enzo when that arrives (the Ferrari F70).
