BMW 2-series Active Tourer (2015) BMW MPV scooped undisguised
Mon, 16 Dec 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 16 December 2013 11:00 Munich hopes that this will conquer new mini-MPV territory: the BMW 2-series Active Tourer. The purists might shout loudly, but money talks, and there’s huge demand for a BMW-badged family car at more mainstream prices.

Mon, 24 Mar 2014A NEW report commissioned by a parliamentary safety group claims that deaths and serious injuries on the roads are likely to cost society £110 billion in the years to 2030. According to the Parliamentary Advisory Committee for Transport Safety (Pacts), the total of those killed or seriously injured (KSIs) over this period is expected to be around a third of a million. These figures are expected despite the report predicting a dip in KSIs and slight injuries by 2030 compared with figures for 2012.

The competition works like this: CCS and Michelin get together to develop a theme, then CCS picks which transportation design class will work on the project. The idea, Michelin says, is to celebrate and promote the kind of vehicle design that highlights original thinking and innovation.
