1962-'65 B-Body Mopar Heater Core
Unmolested, undamaged.

Here's a new Heater core for all 1962-1963-1964-1965 B-body Mopars without A/C or with dealer-installed air-conditioning (Heater model numbers 720 and 727). 100% bolt-in for all slant six, 318, 361, 383, and 413s, Plymouth Savoy, Belvedere, Fury, Satellite, and Dodge 330, 440 Polara, and Polara 500s, and 1965 Coronet and 500, OEM P/N 2277023. Will not fit 1965 C-bodies with those model names, however -- B-Bodies only. Correct 5/8" hose nipple. Complete with O-ring seal for water inlet valve and a length of trim-to-fit correct foam valve-to-box sealing gasket material, both shown in first pix.

Note that there's some anecdotal evidence that, Mopar parts catalog notwithstanding, some 1965 B-bodies may encounter tubing / valve interference. If you have a '65, check that your copper tube has approximately the same S-bend contours as seen in my pix.

Solid copper / brass construction, made in north America by an OEM Chrysler supplier.

NOTE THAT I HAVE THIS ONE ONLY.

Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Car: Lamborghini’s Ferrari F70?

Mon, 10 Dec 2012

Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann has confirmed a new Lamborghini to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary in 2013. A Lamborghini Hypercar? It’s fifty years since Lamborghini first started to build cars, and 2013 sees the Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Grand Tour when Lamborghinis from around the world will congregate in Sant’Agata to drive 1200km of Italy’s roads in what is expected to be the biggest gathering of Lamborghinis ever (as long as enough owners are prepared to part with €5500 to take part).

McLaren P1 GTR: first official info on the 986bhp track-only P1

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

By Michael Karkafiris First Official Pictures 13 June 2014 14:40 Here’s the official confirmation of McLaren’s track-only version of the already insane P1. The McLaren P1 GTR will pack 986bhp (or a nice, round 1000ps in metric), 83 ponies more than its street-legal sibling, a wider track, full slick racing tyres and bigger downforce levels  than the regular P1 – if you can call a car like the P1 ‘regular’. Rumours talk about a fixed rear wing instead of the deployable one on the standard car.

Dusting off chavs in a 1963 Jaguar Mark II 3.8

The guy in the baseball cap with the gold sticker still on the peak glanced across and registered nothing. The empty sound of 1.6 litres of Citroen’s finest fell impotently out through an exhaust pipe larger than a drain. Content in the thought that he did not need to worry about the old-fashioned chrome laden crock next to him, the lights turned to amber and he drew his elbow in through the window as the glow of blue LEDs emanating from under the sills launched down the road, followed by the un-silenced sound of French chipped distress.
