Ford, Ken Block launch Gymkhana World Tour

Ford Motor Co. is partnering with Ken Block to make the 2011 Gymkhana World Tour a live-audience motorsport event. Block will showcase the Ford Fiesta during the tour with stops in Austria, Australia and the United States.

Rolls Royce Wraith interior first photos & RR V16 Roadster planned

We have the first interior photos of the Rolls Royce Wraith Coupe, and RR seem to be planning a V16 Roadster for 2017. This tease from RR on the Wraith is a pair of interior photos that don’t give away much, but do show the levels of elegance RR is working in to the Wraith, despite its sporting pretensions. We get a photo of the clock in the Wraith, a simple analogue white face with Blood Orange needle tips,  a chrome bezel, Piano Black surround all housed in a chrome plate with ‘WRAITH’ and ‘RR’ prominently displayed.

Government sets drug-drive limits

Plans to introduce a drug-drive limit have edged closer as limits for 16 different drugs have been approved. Eight prescription and eight illicit drugs have been added to the regulations which will be introduced this autumn, meaning it’ll be an offence to be over the prescribed limits. Police ‘spitalyser’ to catch drug-drivers Young people in drug-driving shock Police will be clamping down on people who drive after taking drugs such as cannabis with a limit of 2 micrograms per litre (mcg/l), cocaine (10mcg/l) and ecstasy (10mcg/l) – while people who take prescription drugs like morphine (80mcg/l) and diazepam (550mcg/l) will also have to be careful not to break the limit.
