Peugeot 508 leaks early
Mon, 12 Jul 2010The Peugeot 508 Estate - turns up a day early It seems like a very long time (it was November last year) since we first reported that Peugeot are dropping the 407 and the 607 and replace them with a new car – the Peugeot 508. Which makes sense, with the 407 getting a bit long on the tooth and the 607 selling nowhere but Paris. We got the first official view of the 508 in the 5 by Peugeot concept at the Geneva Motor Show at the start of the year, and a good looking and elegant Peugeot it looked.

Built in conjunction with Yamaha, the Motiv uses elements of F1, motorcycle and extra-automotive technology to try and cut down on the environmental impact building – and running – a car creates. Mainly, it’s the two-seater’s production process, coined ‘iStream’ by the 240mph McLaren F1’s designer Gordon Murray.

Tue, 23 Aug 20112012 Bentley Continental GTC - revealed ahead of Frankfurt Bentley are busy updating their cars, a process which started with the new Bentley Mulsanne and carried on with the 2012 Continental GT this time last year. And now, just too late for summer, we get the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC – the one with the soft top. As you would hope, in an age when lightness and frugality are key, Bentley has managed to cut the weight of the new Continental GT – but only by 70kg over the current model.
