The instrument clusters manufacturers started to use MSOP-8 size EEPROM to store the data on. Using this tool is simplifying the way of dealing with this tiny EEPROMs. Just position, press and hold the spear point over the EEPROM pins and read any 93xx, 25xx, 95xx series SMD in-circuit!  This is your time saver, no needs to solder wires to PCB points, especially when you don't know where the points are and do work onsite with no reach to reworkstation!

This adapter is helpful if you need to program an EEPROM on 2011+ instrument clusters / speedometers of Toyota, Honda, Acura, Нуundai and Jeep. The application is not limited to these manufacturers.

Just clean the EEPROM from resign or other coating using acetone, and the EEPROM is ready for programming. No mess left around EEPROM, the connection is invisible!
The programmer featuring pins connection check is recommended for use with this adapter. Pogo pins are tiny, handle and use with care!!!

By default this adapter compatible with USAprog/DSP3+/VAGprog/Datasmart and includes ribbon cable (50 centimeters), adapter with 8 pogo-pins head, 10-pin j-tag connector and DIP8 converter to fit ZIF socket (refer to the picture). Pin #1 is marked with red dot. No device programmer is included. Sale is final, no refund. Will be shipped to PayPal registered address only. The images are for the real product.

*** By your request we can modify the adapter and make it compatible with Diagprog4 (DP4), Enigma and Carprog. There is no extra charges, just let us know on check in what connector you want to have and we'll modify it for you.
