Mechanical Warranty against product failure due to defect. Seller will replace
the item or refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to replace failed
parts with equal to or greater than original mileage parts. Genuinely faulty
goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any
faulty goods upon receipt of them. It is the customers responsibility to pay
for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will
also refund the postage cost. This warranty does not cover merchandise
failure or damage caused by improper installation, usage from which the part
was not intended, or improper maintenance of the product. Any claim
cannot exceed the amount of purchase. ALL OTHER PARTS - Products and

transmissions and engines: You must replace all seals and gaskets prior to
installation. Transmissions and engines are shipped "dry", drained of
all fluids. You should not attempt to operate before replacing fluids and
filters. SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM ("SRS") - Airbags and Seat Belts- ALL RECYCLED AIRBAGS AND SEAT BELTS ARE SOLD "AS IS". Recycled airbags and seat belts are not tested by the Seller to meet any safety standards. A qualified installer should install recycled airbags and seat belts in accordance with SRS and the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and should test whether the recycled airbag or seat belt will function properly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns will be accepted for the following
