This is an extremely nice Bryant crankshaft for small block Chevrolet with two piece rear main seal.  It has the big block snout and has been gun drilled and knife edged with specs as follows:

Stroke 3.270

Main Journal Size 2.450

Rod Journal Size 2.000

Rod Journal Width 1.900

Weight 48 pounds 6 ounces (on my digital scale)

Bob Weight 1810

The lineup of debuts expected for this year's Frankfurt motor show include a redesign for the venerable Porsche 911. Now, Porsche has treated us to a little preview, courtesy of a video posted on its YouTube channel that chronicles some final validation and hot-weather testing of the next-generation 911 in Africa. You can catch glimpses of the new car's exterior and interior, as well as some driving footage.

Amelia Island concours teases headliner

Usually teaser shots hint at the future, but this one is a glimpse of the past--and of one of headliners of the 2010 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. A shot was released this week of an aluminum body before restoration. It's the skin of a 1940s roadster that will be one of the spotlight cars at the March 12-14 concours in Florida.
