Remember..  Just because the part is made for your motorcycle, doesn't guarantee that it will be a direct fit.  Some items we sell may not work with other aftermarket items you may already have on your bike.  The item may also require some modification to the product itself and/or require the purchase of an additional part or supply in order to be installed or used with your motorcycle.

We ship every order as quickly as possible.  We know that the quicker that you receive your item, the happier you will be.  If you need to receive your item in a specified period of time, PLEASE message us prior to purchasing.  This will keep everyone happy!

If there will be a delay in shipping your purchase, you will be notified by e-mail and given the choice to wait for the item or a full refund (This rarely happens!).

We are NOT a retail store!  Items that we sell on-line CANNOT be purchased from our warehouse locations.  Internet retailing is our specialty.  All products purchased through our eBay store and our other web sites are professionally packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible.  So there is no reason to leave the comfort of your own home.... Simply click "Buy It Now" and wait for delivery to your door! 

We offer the best combination of pricing and customer service possible to our customers.  We are motorcycle riders and have a very good knowledge of the products that we sell.  HOWEVER, there will be times that we do not have the technical knowledge to answer your fitment or installation questions.  At those times we will refer you to the Manufacturer of the Product for technical support.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  We ONLY accept PayPal for International shipments.  All International orders ship out of New Jersey, USA.  We use USPS Priority exclusively for all Int'l shipments.  Items sold in our store are designed for USA Motorcycle Models and may not fit models sold in other countries.  International customers are responsible for any VAT, Duties, Fees and other 'taxes' imposed upon items purchased.  These 'taxes' are NOT collected by us and are NOT included in the price of the products we sell.  Please check with your local Customs Office to determine these fees in advance of your purchase.  The Customs Declaration on your package will list your purchase as Merchandise and at the actual price paid by you.  We will NOT declare the item a gift or reduce the declared value of an item on the Customs Declaration Form, so PLEASE do not ask.  In order to offer the lowest possible shipping quotes, some items we sell are removed from their retail packaging and/or re-boxed to reduce the size and weight of the shipping package.
