Return:
If you are not satisfied with our items and want to return to us, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 3 days of receipt before you arrange for return. We DO NOT accept any return without EMA number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost. Customers will be charged 15% restocking fee for the opened non-defective item returns within 3 days of receipt. We do not take return after 30 days of receipt of our product. We offer free replacement and exchange service for the goods after 30 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred. Shipping and handling fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
We take credit card payment for domestic customers in USA only. Cash payment is accepted, e.g., bank draft, wire transfer, direct bank deposit, cashier's check and personal check. Much like the equally electric Tesla Roadster, the SP:01 is built on the aluminium chassis of the Lotus Elise and as such, shares more than a passing resemblance with the Norfolk-built sports car.
