Do we accept returns? We offer a 14-Day money back guarantee on all items. If there is an issue with your order, just contact us - we'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you need to contact us before returning an item? Yes, please message us prior to returning an item for return instructions. We will only accept returns where we have records of an email conversation to confirm the reasons for returning it BEFORE we receive the returned item. Return shipping may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and paid for by the buyer.
Shipping address: We currently ship to the lower 48 US STATES ONLY. We ship to street addresses only and please ensure the delivery address is the one registered with EBay. If it’s a gift for someone and not your address, make sure you send us the delivery address in the notes section that appears on the screen before you confirm the Paypal payment.
How much does shipping cost? The shipping rates are clearly specified at the top of the listing.
When will my order ship? We ship all items within 2 business days of purchase. Business days means Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm EST. If you order Friday evening, we’ll only be able to attend to your order by Monday morning. No ordered item will arrive within 2 hours from ordering (smile). The delivery time is based on USPS delivery time, usually within 10 days or less.

What payment methods do we accept? For eBay listings we accept PayPal only.
How long do I have to pay for my order? We require immediate payment for all fixed price listings. We allow 4 days to complete payment for auction listings. If your order isn’t paid in full within 4 days, your order will be cancelled and an Unpaid Item Notification will be filed.
Are your prices negotiable? No. A long time ago we thought we’d open the door to negotiate and it created a nightmare scenario and as we believe our prices are competitive, we don’t negotiate.

Transportation Design students at Germany's Pforzheim University displayed their work in the school's spring Transportation Design degree show in February, one of the two graduation shows per year. The exhibition included work from graduating Diploma and Masters students, projects by the 5th and 7th semester students, as well as work from students in the earlier stages of the Diploma and Masters courses. Fiat UK has picked five finalists in the ‘Smiles per Hour Design Competition', a design contest we first told you about back in July. The aim of the competition was to find a budding designer in Britain who would develop a clever and amusing new way to travel. Following an initial judging process, the selection for best designs comprised of Simon Tarrant's 'Street Rower'; Nick Rawcliffe's 'Snowbone'; Natalie Daghestani's 'Hylo female commuter shoe'; Steven Spong's ‘Longbow'; and Harley Zblewski's 'Suitcase Car' - a design we first saw at Coventry University's annual Degree Show in June.

Audi is planning to return the Quattro to its lineup some 30 years after the original model first appeared, Autoweek sources say.
