This is a brand new 3 feet X 5 feet super quality polyester flag or banner. It has 2 sides, but is not "double sided" as in two flags sewn together back to back. The opposite side being a reverse or mirror image of the front side, with the words if any are backwards. The flag is made to fly proudly outdoors or used indoors to hang on a wall. It has brass grommets on one end for hanging on your flag pole. It has extra sewing all the way around the edge for durability. The normal retail price for this flag is $14.99.
