New Achilles Inflatable Boat Replacement Small D-Ring Assembly Set of 2

Everyone already knows Achilles produces the world’s best inflatable boats! But all it takes is lost or damaged equipment to spoil your fishing trip. Having additional tie down points for your ice chest, fuel tank, fishing tackle box or Scuba diving cylinders is recommended in rough water or when boating at high speeds. We have the solution! This is one of those “MUST HAVE” accessory parts you need unless you just enjoy watching your expensive gear slide around, or fall over the side.

We all know why you purchase your Achilles inflatable boat: no expensive tow vehicle required, no storage problems, no silly transport trailer, no deprecation on your investment, no maintenance, impossible to sink, and outstanding performance. Nothing else makes sense in this economy….and we want you to keep having fun!

Installation: This process is similar to a bicycle tire tube repair, the key is have a well prepared clean and dry surface. All you do is find the best location or placement, clean the surface with a approved solvent to remove any dirt or oil. Place rubber D-Ring molding where you want it to be located and draw a circle around it with a ball point pen. Very lightly sand to further clean and rough up the surface. Then apply a thin coat of  Achilles contact cement to BOTH the boat surface inside the circle you made, and the rubber molding D-Ring. A thin coat of cement is all that is required, (too thick a coating will make the bond weaker) Now wait 10 minutes until it is no longer wet, and place the rubber D-Ring on to the boats surface together. Then apply firm hand pressure. It will full cure in about one hour.

Note: You are purchasing 2 Molded D-Ring assemblies. It does NOT include cleaning solvent, or contact glue.

Dacia Logan Estate: Price from £6,995

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

The Dacia Logan MCV (Estate) becomes the UK’s cheapest estate car with prices from £6,995 – for the Logan MCV 1.2 Access trim – rising to £10,795. That’s £1,000 less than we’d expected when the Logan estate was revealed at Geneva last month, and cheap enough to make it the cheapest estate car on sale in the UK. True, the entry-level Logan estate in Access trim with the 1.2 litre 74bhp petrol engine, 15″ steel wheels and not a lot of toys, isn’t exactly specced up, but if you need a proper estate car – and you want it new – the Logan MCV (the MCV bit means ‘Maximum Capacity Vehicle) is a great deal.

BMW 5 Series (2010 / 2011) Revealed

Mon, 23 Nov 2009

The new 2010 / 2011 BMW 5 Series It’s been coming for a long time – the 2010/2011 BMW 5 Series – and just last week we had a picture of the new 5 Series from a German magazine. But now BMW has finally gone official and revealed all the goodies on their mid-size saloon of the future – the 2010 BMW 5 Series or, if you’re in the US, the 2011 BMW 5 Series. The new 5 Series migrates to the same underpinnings as the new 5 Series GT and 7 Series – and for that matter the Rolls Royce Ghost – which means this new 5 Series loses the traditional suspension struts and gets a multi-link arrangement all round.
