NEW, unused adapter plate, steel, fits SAE #4 bellhousing. This plate will allow the mounting of a Borg Warner Velvet Drive marine transmission onto an engine that has a #4 SAE bellhousing. The vote does not force the government to bring such a change into law, but has passed with a substantial majority and the recommendation is seen to have substantial public support.
