Concept Car of the Week: Mercedes T80 (1939)
Fri, 19 Sep 2014In the decade before World War II, no other carmaker even came close to matching the combined dominance of Mercedes-Benz and recently founded Auto Union. The circle is the remnant of an early platform for clay models, developed here for the first time as design tools for mass-production autos.
