EXTREMELY RARE! Ivory plastic bakelite? knobs for classic cars. They came with the other radio inventory I inherited that is from 1934 to 1942. They could fit other years; however, I make no guarantees. Please double check your car. These are NEW, ORIGINAL AFTERMARKET, radio knobs. Auction includes 1 set. I believe these knobs are made by firestone, Motorola, Crowe (part of firestone I have been told.) or Delco. I have removed them from the original boxes and tissue paper due to the boxes' condition. However, all have been in boxes from manufacture date until I removed them. Truly gorgeous! I have radio items for almost every American made car from 1934-1942. If you don't see yours listed, ask me and I will start an auction for you as soon as possible. I will be shipping once per week on Fridays. Most items should get to your location within a week. British Grand Prix Qualifying: Rosberg on pole for Mercedes – Hamilton 6th
Sat, 05 Jul 2014Nico Rosberg (pictured) takes pole for 2014 British Grand Prix at Silverstone Nico Rosberg has taken pole position for tomorrow’s 2014 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, but team mate Lewis Hamilton made a complete mess of final qualifying and will start 6th in the race. Hamilton decided that his final run wasn’t quick enough and aborted it because he was a bit down in the first two sectors, but the rest of the track had dried out more, and if he’d carried on with his lap he would have almost certainly have taken pole. Behind Rosberg, Sebastian Vettel put his Red Bull in second place and McLaren’s Jenson Button took third followed by Nico Hulkenberg in the Force India and Kevin Magnussen in the second McLaren.
Fiat 500X SUV & new baby Jeep confirmed
Fri, 21 Dec 2012Fiat has confirmed it is extending the 500 range with the Fiat 500X SUV and will build a new small Jeep crossover on the same platform. We’ve just had the first extension of the 500 range arrive in the UK in the guise of the Fiat 500L (complete with 500L ‘Motherhood’ rap), but the 500L range isn’t going to end there. Following on from a sneak peek at a probable future Fiat 500X SUV back in July, Fiat has now confirmed it is going to put the rufty-tufty version of the 500 in to production and will build it alongside a new baby Jeep crossover – based on the same underpinnings – at its Melfi factory in Italy.
