Shipping:

We usually ship within one business day of receipt of payment.

We ship via UPS Ground and are not able to ship to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes.

We ship Oversize items via LTL Carriers.

Flat Rate cost on freight is dependent on delivery to a business address that can unload a freight truck. If a lift gate is needed or delivery is to a residential address, additional fees will be billed.

We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal. Appropriate sales tax will be added to any item that is picked up (will call) from one of our locations. Any item shipped to Georgia or Florida will be charged sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. If you are in Georgia or Florida, please request a total and we will provide it including sales tax. Otherwise you will be billed an additional PayPal invoice for the sales tax.

Returns:

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of the items we offer. Many of the items offered are used / salvage parts and are sold "as-is". We only accept returns in limited situations where new items are defective upon receipt. Please do not attempt to return any item before contacting us for details and instructions. Buyer pays return freight. A restocking fee may be charged. In some instances, the buyer may be charged for shipping and handling on "free shipping" items that are later returned.
