AT&T Labs and Carnegie Mellon University have developed a new GPS-enabled steering wheel prototype that incporporates haptic technology. Report backs Scottish pay-as-you-drive

The scheme would help reduce emissions, cut congestion and increase fairness, Reform Scotland said.
