1957 Ferrari sells for record $12.1 million at auction

A 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa once again blew away the competition, setting a world record for cars sold at auction when it fetched an eye-popping $12.1 million on Sunday at an event on the grounds of the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy. The Testa Rossa was one of just 22 produced from 1957 to 1958, and the Scaglietti design is marked by prominent pontoon fenders. The cars also were successful racers, winning 10 of the 19 international races they entered from 1958 to 1961.

The 2010 versions of the Skoda Fabia and Skoda Roomster will be at Geneva Skoda are taking the term ‘Facelift’ quite literally with the 2010 Skoda Fabia (and 2010 Skoda Fabia Estate) and the 2010 Skoda Roomster. They’ve grafted on a new nose for both in a facelift for the models which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. Morgan Aero Coupe and Plus 8

Whilst looking decidedly vintage, the Morgan Plus 8 is one of three new models that will debut in Geneva. Moving away from the traditional ash chassis (yes, as in the wood) of the previous car, the new Plus 8 features a bonded and riveted aluminum chassis, similar to the high-performance Aero variants. Externally, the car retains the retro styling that is to be expected of Morgan, but sits on a wider track with deeper rockers.
