Shipping and Handling 

We ship worldwide using Registered, ECO POST, EMS, FedEx or DHL service, depending on what the buyer paid.

The buyer will pay actual postage charges.

For U.S Buyers:

Standard Shipping from outside US - will be sent with Registered Mail / ECO POST.

Expedited Shipping from outside US - will be sent with EMS / DHL .

For International Buyers:

Standard Int'l Shipping - will be sent with Registered Mail / ECO POST.

Expedited Int'l Shipping - will be sent with EMS / DHL .

Please note ! The store has the ability to choose any of the shipping services (noted above), depending on your shipping choice, according to our policy.

Handling 

Your item will be carefully packed using bubble wrap and/or shipping peanuts for fragile content.

There is NO extra charge for packing materials or "handling" unless specified differently in the item description above.

For the safety of the environment - We use recycled materials for packing.

Please let us know if you prefer new packing materials and we will charge you respectively.

The store holds no responsibility for uninsured packages that got lost or damaged during shipping.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, after receiving a full payment from the buyer.

Registered – Postage takes 11-23 business days.

EMS - Postage takes 4-8 business days.

FedEx, DHL - Postage takes 2-4 business days.

The shipping time depends on the Post office and the Customs.

We offer the option to combine 2 or more items together in one payment and receive a discount in the

shipping fees. For the actual shipping price please contact us directly.

We can’t ship to the following countries, so please contact us prior purchase so we could find the best solution for you- Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Iran, Algeria and Sudan.

Shipments to Russia, Germany, Egypt, India, Mexico and Brazil could get delayed because of the local customs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please don’t confuse them for shipment charges that we fully pay when we post the package.

Registered shipping service is not insured and the store is not responsible if a package like that gets lost or damaged during shipping. But we will do our best to help you resolve any issue the best way possible and will help contact the post office and figure out what to do next.

Return Policy

30 Days Returns Accepted

If you decide to return the item please first CONTACT US by email or on eBay by clicking "Ask a question" and choosing "I have a question about using the item".Please don't choose any other topic.

If the item sold "as is", there will be no returns for it unless it is an issue of item not as described.
The main title does not necessarily describe the item.
Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the item and must be in the condition they were received.

If the serial number on the item you are sending back won't match to the original one we won't be able to refund your money

Please send the package back by Post office and not by Courier and update us with the tracking number.
