Nissan sketches future compact car plans

Nissan has unveiled a sketch of a compact car that it plans to sell around the world. The carmaker released few specifics, but the vehicle will be sold in more than 150 countries and is set to launch first in Thailand in March 2010. The car will qualify as Thailand's first “eco-car,” which is a government policy to help promote energy-efficient vehicles.

Northumbria University Degree Show 2008

Students graduating from the Northumbria University BA (Hons) Transportation Design course based in Newcastle in the north east of England have shown their work at an exhibition entitled ‘New Designers'. Held the Business Design Centre in Islington, north London, the exhibition featured a series of schools displaying various thesis projects from their Art and Design programs. Reventon v Tornado

They raced a Tornado fighter bomber, one of the world's most sophisticated and capable interdiction and attack aircraft. Lined up on the 1.8 mile-long runway at Ghedi military base near Brescia in Italy, the 650bhp mid-engined supercar looked a little short of muscle compared to the two-seater Tornado.
