Important ! Shipping Conditions:
At XR5POWER we make every effort to keep the costs as low as possible for our customers. To best service this all standard air mail shipping will be sent only on Tuesday and Friday of each week (excluding public holidays). Upon confirmed payment we will allocated a register mail number for the item and the shipment will be scheduled to the earliest shipping day possible . 
For example if the Tuesday shipping day is missed , the item will be scheduled the next shipping day , in this case it will be on Friday .however, all express shipping will not be affected.

Please make sure you send the return details and the address properly and the reason for sending it back 
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our warehouse (email us for the address) in its original condition (opened or installed products can not be refunded) and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and 20 % restock handling cost).
