WARRANTY / RETURNS:

Should you experience a problem with your order or product, please do the following:

1.  Contact us.  (Do not OPEN A CASE. Contact us and we will resolve your issues.)

A. Email us through the ebay system.  B. Call 214-808-2451.  (Note: We are open 9-5 Monday, Wed. and Friday)

We cannot resolve your issue if you do not give us a chance to do so.

2.  We only accept returns if they:

      a.  Are within the warranty period listed on the item.  Most items carry a 14-day guarantee. 

      b.  If you order the wrong size, be aware that you will have to pay to ship it back to us and you will be charged a shipping fee to ship the correct size to you.  So please check your size.

IF ORDERING A HODGMAN WADER, PLEASE GOOGLE - Hodgman Size Chart - to determine your proper size.  It is frustrating when you order the wrong size it costs you money to ship it back etc.  We are not WALMART and cannot absorb the cost of a wrong size order so we have to deduct the amount paid to ship the item to you the first time.  

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for orders with wrong sizes.  Please understand it costs us money to re-list an item, restock an item and to re-ship an item to you!
