Interior Motives announces shortlist for Student Design Awards 2009
Tue, 04 Aug 2009Interior Motives magazine, sister publication of Car Design News, has revealed its shortlist for the seventh annual Interior Motives Design Awards. Handed down by a ten-strong panel of industry experts, the shortlist will be further reviewed before three finalists and a winner for each of the eight categories - and the overall competition winner - is ultimately selected and awarded on the eve of the second press day of the Frankfurt auto show. Ssangyong XIV-1 concept
Mon, 05 Sep 2011Ssangyong is the latest car manufacturer to confirm they will be showcasing a new concept car at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show, the XIV-1. The XIV-1 B-segment concept, previously known as the XUV-1, is a crossover concept that underlines the importance of the car's interaction with its driver and passengers, with the vehicle's name coming from the phrase 'eXciting user Interface Vehicle'. Ssangyong will also be premiering the SUT-1 sports utility vehicle, first shown in concept form at the 2011 Geneva motor show and debuting the petrol-powered Korando crossover.
Local authorities cashing in with CCTV fines
