Description

  • Convert DC 12V electricity source into AC 220V power.
  • Widely used for all kinds of electric equipments which power consumption are less than 1800W and which voltage are equal to AC 220V, such as cell-phone, portable computer, printer, electric light, digital camera, vidicon, TV, CD player, DVD etc. This is NOT a pure sine wave inverter, it cann't be used for pure sine wave appliance, such as electric tools, drill, etc.
  • It can be made from advanced PWM CMOS chip, and can work in the state of ultrasonic sound, which can both in a great extent minish the bulk and weight and make the circuit work without noise.
  • The output of the product is a universal socket, which can be used in many countries.
  • The newly-added USB output socket can be directly used to charge for MP3 and mobile phone.

Citroën Cactus concept with Air Bump technology confirmed for Frankfurt debut [w/Video]

Wed, 28 Aug 2013

Citroën's Cactus concept featuring a mysterious sounding 'Air Bump' technology will be taking center stage at the carmaker's stand at this year's Frankfurt motor show. The carmaker has released just one image of the concept along with a 21-second video (see left) showing a spongy panel labeled ‘Air Bump' being poked. Although this doesn't really tell us much about what this new technology actually does, we suspect the panels featured in the video are inserted into the bumper and can protect it from the smaller-scale collisions that can happen in everyday life.

Bentley will return to top-level motorsport, new chief executive Wolfgang Durheimer has revealed. Bentley pulled out of racing after its 2001-2003 stint at Le Mans, culminating in an outright win in its last year at the 24-hour race. But Durheimer, who was previously Porsche's R&D chief and who now runs the Volkswagen Group's entire motorsport division, is keen that Bentley will return to the track and revive Crewe's long and storied motorsport history.

Turin Dream Exhibition

Mon, 17 Nov 2008

The 'Dream' exhibition currently taking place at the Giovanni Agnelli Pavilion Esposizioni in Turin is a stroll through almost 60 years of creativity, which convinced the world of carmakers - and consumers - to accept new stylistic features; demand greater performance and safety; and to create new ways to adapt car interiors to the many demands of business and leisure. One of the main events commemorating Torino 2008 World Design Capital, there are 54 one-off examples and three-dimensional objects on view in the 12 galleries, piazza and atrium, including projects from local design schools Instutito Europeo di Design (IED) and the Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design di Torino (IAAD). IED is showing two projects created by students on its post-graduate course in Transportation Design: the Fiat Panda from 2007 and the 2008 BMW ZX6 - a thesis project created selected as the main photo of the exhibition.
