Barry Meguiar released from hospital, spent 8 days in a coma
Wed, 01 Sep 2010Car enthusiast Barry Meguiar has been released from the hospital in Monterey, Calif., after 17 days of treatment for a rare form of viral pneumonia. Meguiar, 67, left the hospital on Aug. 30, according to a press release issued on Wednesday.

The new 308 CC follows the same formula with a metal roof that somersaults into its loadbed in 20 seconds to leave a completely flat (if long) rear deck.Gobbling boot space as it goes?Naturally, the boot shrinks when the roof is lowered, dipping from 465 litres to 266 when it's stowed.
Lexus ES sedan production coming to Kentucky
Fri, 19 Apr 2013Toyota Motor Corp. plans to invest $360 million to bring production of the Lexus ES sedan to Kentucky, making it the first model from Toyota's premium brand to be built in the United States as the carmaker pushes to localize more manufacturing. Under the plan announced Friday in New York by CEO Akio Toyoda, Toyota will boost annual capacity at its Georgetown, Ky., plant by 50,000 vehicles to accommodate ES output.
