Shelby Cobra to headline 2012 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion

We're only one day out of the Pebble Beach weekend, and already Cobra enthusiasts are sharpening their fangs for next year's event. Announced on Sunday, Cobras from all over the world will rally in Monterey, Calif., next year as the featured marque on Aug. 17-19 for the 2012 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion.

Hot on the heels of the new Citroen C4 comes the new Citroen DS4, the second of the French car company’s 21st century DS models. Designed to take on sleek models like Alfa’s Giulietta and Vauxhall’s forthcoming three-door Astra, it mixes humdrum hatchback underpinnings with a more adventurous styling direction on the outside, and more luxurious materials on the inside. Essentially, yes – think along the lines of how Citroen turned the mundane C3 into the much more exciting DS3.

Ssangyong LIV-1 SUV: Seoul Motor Show

Ssangyong has rolled out yet another SUV Concept at its home motor show in Seoul – the Ssangyong LIV-1 SUV. The Ssangyong LIV-1 SUV is another new SUV concept from Ssangyong (we’ve had the SsangYong SIV-1 at Geneva and the e-XIV EV Concept at Paris in the last six months) with a  catchy little moniker, this one a ‘Limitless Interface Vehicle, which sets the bar quite high. The LIV-1 does have a better looking nose than any of Ssangyong’s current crop of production cars (well, certainly than the Rexton and Rodius) although it does look like the designers were competing to see how many creases they could add to the bodywork of the LIV-1.
