  My photos always show the actual item and I never have stock, or manufacturers photos. I personally take photos of the item from several angles,  with professional lighting to show exactly what my buyers will receive in mail.  Items purchased prior 3 PM are usually shipped the same day, or the following morning. All items are checked for imperfections prior shipment. This is my full time work and I take it seriously. Knowing my product well, describing it correctly, checking carefully prior shipment and shipping items quick, is how I earned flawless rating and good reputation.  I have a very low return or "item not as describe" rate. 

  I leave a positive feedback as soon as I receive your payment. I expect my buyers to rate my service and shipping after they receive their purchase. It helps me and helps other members to chose their next seller wisely, hence I ask you to please remember to leave a feedback. 

  If you decide to return your purchase, I will be glad to assist you with your return, but please give me the opportunity to know about it prior opening a "return case". In some cases a return request is not opened correctly and sellers, as well as eBay team members automatically assume incorrectly opened returns as damaged items, or incorrect product received, which can result in seller performance status reduction at seller evaluation, when closing the month.  This can cost the seller his current account status.  Please email me prior opening a return case and I will be more than happy to assist you.
