Rolls Royce Wraith returns

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

In fact, just over a year after the Ghost launched, we reported that RR were planning an extended wheelbase version of the Gost and a coupe and convertible, just as expected.

Chancellor George Osborne announced that a rolling 40-year vehicle excise duty (VED) for classic cars will come in on April 1 this year. Until now, only cars built before January 1 1973 were exempt from VED.
