VERY RARE !! ... NOS ... new old stock adapter bracket part number 8C-18819 which allows you to put 1948 era Ford and Mercury car radios into 48-50 Ford trucks. The bracket is very heavy, original Ford part stamped in thick copper (see picture of backside). YOU wont see another one in this lifetime.
I believe it bolts on to and hangs under the dash maybe and holds the radio there. F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5, Bonus Built 48-50 Ford truck. This auction is for the heavy stamped copper bracket in the picture and the nearly 70 year old original box only. It's an eye-grabbing response to the 'more affordable locally produced vehicles, which tend to be conservative in design, colour and specification', according to company Senior Vice President Shiro Nakamura. What niche does the Nissan Extrem fall into? If the love-it-or-hate-it Nissan Juke is the marque's jacked-up supermini crossover, the Extrem is the rakish, sportier version of that: a sort of X6 to the Juke's X5, if you will.
