You are bidding on a an NOS 1959 Chevrolet Station Wagon Rear Window Lift Channel pictured in the first two pictures. This lift channel fits all models of the station wagon regardless if it is a power or none power rear window. This lift channel is mint and still in the GM paper wrapper with the GM part number still on it. They are usually rotted out from water laying in them and rusting out on the bottom edge. I do have hundreds of NOS 1959 parts seen in the convertible mlds pulled for an individual who did not pay. These parts start at pics #3-#12. LIQUIDATING! Ford once planned to race fiberglass-bodied Mustang touring cars
Mon, 31 Mar 2014Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.

When Frans van Haren, a Dutch car collector, bought a rare 1935 Mercedes 500 K Roadster at RM Auctions Montery sale last year he knew there was no declared history prior to 1970. Even so, he paid almost $4 million for the car.

The misguided rider ended up pedalling for some miles on the southern section of the M25 in Surrey. With drivers, and others, taking to Twitter to give their views of the man, there were long hold-ups for morning traffic on the often-clogged motorway.
