NOS 1971-1981 Chevrolet Light Duty Truck, Vent Window Handle With a hole a push button (do not have the push button part) and has a rounded back  - package deteriorated, but part of the instructions were readable as:  "Parts contained in package marked "A" are to be used on:
1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 1979 G123
1980 1981 G123
1980 CK1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

Parts marked "B" are to be used on 1981 CK1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7"

Has some minor deterioration from long storage, see photo.  Read description carefully before deciding to bid.  See photo of instructions which are only readable in part.  There were two types of handles in the package.  The other one has a squared off spot with no hole in the center - this one has a hole for possibly a push button and has a squared off spot.  The other type is also being auctioned on EBay in case you want to compare.  Not sure whether this is A or B - you be the judge.  Check the photos, more pictures on request.

rusEFI: Open-source homebuilt fuel-injection set to rival Megasquirt

Thu, 24 Apr 2014

Electronic fuel-delivery and ignition controls have given us a new golden age of engine efficiency and performance. Most of us would never go back to the dark ages—say, before 1990—when you could still buy new vehicles with carburetors and clunky distributors. From the point of view of those of us who like to modify our cars, however, the black-box nature of engine-control computers limits our options for making changes to how our fuel-delivery and ignition systems function.

Another take on the Range Rover Evoque by Kahn Design – the RS 250 Dark Tungsten – is heading for Chris Evans’ Carfest South. Kahn Design revealed their take on the Range Rover Evoque – theĀ RS250 Vesuvius Copper – last month, but they’ve decided another take on the same theme is needed to showcase at Chris Evans’ petrolhead extravaganza – Carfest South. So this time we get an Evoque with a more appealingĀ  Dark Tungsten Metallic paint job with ‘KAHN’ lettering on the bonnet, new bumpers with mesh inserts, lower boot spoiler, chin spoiler, matt black highlights, gloss black boot trim, p[rivacy glass, big upper rear wing, diffuser and a nice set of 22" RS600 alloys.

Chevrolet reveals Silverado Cheyenne concept truck bound for SEMA

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Even though the SEMA show is famous for the most outlandish sports cars you could imagine (and some you probably couldn't), there will be no shortage of tuned pickup trucks this year from both manufacturers and tuning houses. And one of them will be the Chevrolet Silverado Cheyenne edition. Admittedly, it's been a while since we've been treated to a serious street-performance truck from Chevrolet, and perhaps it's the GMC Syclone that comes to mind when you think of a small performance-oriented truck from one of GM's brands.
