I always combine shipping when possible.
Shipping fees are calculated through EBay calculator. The shipping fees are determined by many factors:  weight, package size, method of shipping, insurance, delivery confirmation, handling charges and package destination. Destination starts at my zip code 34465 and ends at your USA zip code or your country. I only ship to the address posted on PayPal.
I, as an EBay Seller, only enter these determining factors into my listings. EBAY calculates and quotes your shipping fees that you see when viewing my listings. I do NOT quote nor do I know what your shipping quote is until the listed item sells and EBay puts it into your invoice.  Should you not agree with the shipping quote from EBay please check it for yourself at USPS.COM with information provided to you in the listing.
I always ship USPS GROUND, or Priority Mail when possible, with delivery confirmation. The only exceptions would be for packages that are too large or heavy to meet the requirements of Priority Mail or items sent first class.  There are also times that I may agree on other methods but this would have to be in writing prior to the sale of items.
I do not include insurance. You must choose this option yourself.  Should you choose to decline insurance (not recommended) you agree not to hold me responsible for packages once they leave my hands. I have no control of items once the post office takes them.
I always combine shipping when possible. If you know you will be bidding or have won more than one item please let me know so I can repack and send a new invoice with better shipping costs.
Sorry to say I'am  now forced to charge handling fees in order to recoup costs associated with doing transactions.
