The casting is cool.

My Father started selling speed equipment parts out of our garage in the late 50's.
Quit his job in 1965 and started Don's Speed shop.
Eventually becoming one of the Midwest's largest warehouses.
This item is from the early days.

Never before won by a diesel engined vehicle, VW has achieved a first by not only winning the gruelling event in a diesel Touarag, but coming in second as well. This ends a seven year domination of the Dakar Rally by Mitsubishi.
