Here is an NOS Polaris part # 2871612 windshield. This will fit any of the mid to late 1990s Polaris sled which had the "Agressive" body style (aka: Alligator style hoods) such as the later 800 Storms, the Ultra Spx, XCR 600 Special, and select versions of the XLT Special.
