Up for auction is a NOS set of M-S-A auto safety seat belts in the original box with the instructions, hardware, and stickers. The box does have the top tore off and shows shelf wear. The belts are in very good clean condition. The chrome buckles are bright, other than the one on the left in photo 2 does have a light discoloring in one small spot that should clean up. This includes the mounting bolts (still in original package), instruction booklet, and seat belt sticker. Please check all photos as they are the best description and show the box, condition, hardware, and model number of these belts. Item will ship USPS. parcel select at 4lb. 9oz. 625 cars per day found to be insurance write-offs

ONE IN EVERY 33 vehicles given a history check is found to be an insurance write-off, according to data gathered by HPI. In 2012 one in 33 vehicles checked by HPI was an insurance total loss – otherwise known as a write-off. This equates to 625 cars a day or over 223,000 cars per year being dangerously repaired and sold on to unsuspecting consumers.

Rolls-Royce snags new designer

From one famous British luxury-car maker to another--that's the bespoke transition ahead for Giles Taylor. He's taking over as head of exterior design for Rolls-Royce in April, after an extensive career at Jaguar, where he was chief designer. The 43-year-old also worked as an exterior designer for PSA Peugeot Citroen.

Felix Kilbertus has been appointed Fiat's chief exterior designer. Kilbertus' move sees him cross Turin, from his previous position as a lead designer at Pininfarina, to Centro Stile. In his new role he is responsible for the exterior design of Fiat-branded passenger vehicles.
