You are purchasing a very good used original equipment SMITHS speedometer for the Jaguar XJ12 5.3 1973 to 1/75, Series II,  Automatic.

This  measures 4" across the front rim and is a 160 MPH gauge.

This has been tested and it works at the correct speed.

This is in very good used shape, the face is dark and the numbers are nice and white. The black and silver rim is very good, no dents or chips. The odometer and trip odometer both work but the trip reset stem is missing and we reset it to 0000 manually. It registers 18521 miles. This has the demist and turn signal small lenses intact in the lower part of the face. The case shows a some surface rust and includes the mounting ring.

Part number on the face SN6171/04 S  940. Photos are the actual gauge.
