ITEM DESCRIPTION: Okay, here we have an original pair of seat belt retractor covers in red (carmine for Camaro, Firethorn for Firebird) that are CORRECT for your 75-81 Firebird or Camaro--all models. May fit other years and models, but these are only correct for the years and listed. Fair vintage used condition. This pair has scratches, gouges and surface cracking, surface abrasions, light fading in some areas, see pics. They are being sold as suitable for repainting and for someone who needs a pair, not necessarily show condition. They are not in excellent condition, they are heavily used and driver condition. If you need a nicer set, please check our other listings as we usually have retractor covers listed and usually in very nice condition. Note that we DO NOT guarantee electrical or any other parts, period. No returns on parts unless grossly misrepresented. We do not sell REPRODUCTION parts--every part in this listing is original manufacturer equipment. We have not applied any treatment or conditioners to any items, you are viewing them in their actual condition. 2014 (or is it 2015?) Ford Mondeo to launch in UK & Europe late 2014
Fri, 31 Jan 2014The new Ford Mondeo will now arrive in the UK in late 2014 The story of the new Ford Mondeo for the UK Europe (which should have been the 2013 Mondeo but will end up as the 2014 or 2015 Mondeo) has been a bit tortuous. Despite the new Mondeo being on sale in the US as the Ford Fusion since summer 2012, and in China since summer 2013 (and the reveal of the production version of the Mondeo over two years ago and a set of new Mondeo photos too), Ford’s decision to shut up shop at Genk in Belgium – the Mondeo’s traditional manufacturing plant – meant there was no way to give Europe the new Mondeo. So we’ve had to wait for Ford to sort out production lines in Valencia to build the new Mondeo but now, according to Mark Ovenden – Ford’s UK boss – the new Mondeo will arrive in the third quarter of 2014 in the UK and Europe.

Some secured lenders object to quick sale of Chrysler
Mon, 04 May 2009A minority group of Chrysler LLC secured lenders has objected in bankruptcy court to the quick sale of Chrysler to a new corporate entity led by Fiat S.p.A. The group of about 40 banks and hedge funds holds about $3 billion of the $6.9 billion in secured loans that Chrysler has with the banks. Four major New York banks holding $4 billion of that debt agreed last week to settle for $2 billion in payment for the $6.9 billion owed.
