Peugeot tease new sports saloon concept for Beijing Motor Show
Tue, 28 Jan 2014Lurking under this cover is a new Peugeot Concept for the 2014 Beijing Motor Show Peugeot do good concepts, even if many don’t actually make it in to production. A case in point is the stunning Peugeot Onyx Concept we saw at the Paris Motor Show in 2012, which came with great styling, copper and carbon fibre bodywork, the use of unusual materials like crystal glass and compressed paper and a powertrain that used a 3.7 litre V8 at the back with an electric motor for added green credentials. Peugeot say their latest concept – which will debut at the Beijing Motor Show in April and is teased by the photo above – will use the same sort of innovative materials as the Onyx (which probably means it too will never see production) and preview the future of Peugeot’s styling.

It's a fully electric BMW and a hint of what's to come through the long-range visionary Project i plan which will reshape BMWs for the 21st century.No prizes for guessing it's based on an existing BMW production car, the 1-series Coupé. But the hardware underneath is designed to percolate across the lower echelons of the BMW range, starting with some exciting new bespoke electric cars.The ActiveE is the first fully electric BMW and follows in the treadmarks of the Mini E. Skateboarder Rob Dyrdek kick-flips a Chevrolet Sonic for ad
Mon, 19 Dec 2011Professional skateboarder and MTV star Rob Dyrdek did something with a Chevrolet Sonic on Saturday that's never been done before: a kick flip. That's what they call it when a skateboard, or a car, corkscrews off a ramp, landing back on four wheels. The stunt was part of a Chevrolet ad campaign that started with the new hatchback driving out of a plane with a parachute like a skydiver.
