Hi up for auction is a new old stock Radair DART II locator transmitter that transmits a beacon on 121.5 & 243.0 MHz when triggered. These units are typically installed in aircraft and survival equipment such as life rafts to provide search crews the ability to locate downed survivors. The unit is automatically triggered by physical shock of 6gs or more or manually. Extremely rugged construction capable of operating in temperatures of -40F to +150F. Includes antenna and manual. Battery system runs on D cell batteries making the unit very cost effective as well. Please see the pictures for more details. Also please be assured I do not try to make money off of shipping, if my quote is too high from what you paid, I will refund the difference. The Atom 3.5R showcases a number of upgrades over the outgoing model which contribute to the sensational performance. The 2.0-litre Honda V-TEC engine has had its supercharger revised to give 350bhp and over 240lb.ft of torque, while the gearbox is now a six-speed paddleshift system that can manage five downshifts in less than a second.

Barry Meguiar released from hospital, spent 8 days in a coma
Wed, 01 Sep 2010Car enthusiast Barry Meguiar has been released from the hospital in Monterey, Calif., after 17 days of treatment for a rare form of viral pneumonia. Meguiar, 67, left the hospital on Aug. 30, according to a press release issued on Wednesday.
